We are looking for the following skills in our candidates;

1. Mechanic service skills : change oil/filter, replace air filters, brakes, change belts, etc.  Knows their way around a tool box. Complete a repair order correctly; condition-cause-correction, on repairs and services you have carried out. Have good practical and communication skills. Passion for learning.

2. Technician service skills: diagnosing skills; effectively and efficiently use diagnostic tools provided, performing preventative maintenance, including electrical diagnostics, remove and install components. Ensuring all critical parts are checked and tested. Complete a repair order correctly; condition-cause-correction. Strong communication and customer service skills. Inspector license helpful.

3. Work Ethic: Looking for mature individuals that enjoy rolling up their sleeves, getting under the hood to fix the problem.  After all, our customers depend on you, they depend on us.  We work together as a team.  

4. Experience: some things you can't learn until you have experienced it.  We understand that.  We are willing to teach any member of the team that wants to learn, providing hands on experience.
